Ghana Poultry Day Festival

This advocacy event, initiated by Agrihouse Foundation in collaboration with the USDA Ghana Poultry Project, focuses on increasing the demand for Ghanaian chicken while highlighting its nutritional and medicinal benefits.

This annual celebration aims to promote the consumption of locally produced chicken, support local farmers, and strengthen the poultry value chain in Ghana.

To further elevate the poultry industry, the Ghana Poultry Day initiative continuously advocates for July 1 to be officially declared as Ghana Poultry Day.
